I didn't end up buying anything because I wasn't ready to make a decision but the young woman that helped me was extremely courteous and helpful and I will certainly be going back. (7/26, 8 a.m.)

Greg Webb was incredibly helpful to me when I came in looking for a replacement charger. He even went as far as to make sure mine was truly broken before helping me select a replacement. I would trust Inmotion or Greg implicitly!

It was 5 am and I accidentally got the wrong headphones that didn’t plug into my phone. I paid, threw away the receipt and opened the box. I realized the headphones were the wrong ones after all this and it was all my fault. I went back to the store and a kind gentleman (bald, glasses, super detail oriented) understood and helped me facilitate a return and exchange for the proper headphones for no charge. His patience and kindness was really amazing. Not to mention he was simultaneously training a new young adult hire and helping the other customers in the store at the same time. I had to run and catch my flight, but I just wanted to give this guy a shoutout
